Getting started

Support at Home is for older Australians aged 65 years or over (or 50 years or over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples). You can register through My Aged Care online or by calling 1800 200 422.

From there, a My Aged Care assessor will speak with you about your needs and approve the right level of support.

That's fine — many of our clients come to us before they've spoken to My Aged Care. We can walk you through the application process, help you prepare for the assessment, and answer any questions about the program in plain English.

Once you have your My Aged Care approval and have chosen Enrich Home Supports, we typically have your care plan agreed within a few days and first visits scheduled shortly after — often within the same week.

For urgent situations (such as hospital discharge), we can move faster — please call us.
