Aabha Madaan

Registered Nurse · Enrich Abilities & Enrich Home Supports

Aabha Madaan is a Registered Nurse with Enrich Abilities, bringing experienced, compassionate clinical care to people with complex and evolving health needs. Working closely with participants, families, and allied health professionals, Aabha supports individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and well-supported in their own homes and communities.

Aabha provides skilled complex care nursing, supporting participants who require advanced health oversight, medication management, and coordination across multidisciplinary care teams. Her experience enables her to respond confidently to changing clinical needs while maintaining a person-centred approach that respects each individual's dignity and goals.

In the area of dementia care, Aabha delivers supportive, structured nursing care that promotes comfort, familiarity, and emotional wellbeing. She works closely with families and support workers to implement strategies that reduce distress, manage behavioural changes, and maintain quality of life as cognitive needs progress.

Aabha also provides respite care, offering families peace of mind when temporary or planned breaks are needed. Through reliable nursing support, participants continue to receive consistent, high-quality care while carers are supported to rest and recharge.

Where Aabha focuses

With experience in palliative and post-operative care, Aabha supports participants during vulnerable periods of their health journey. This includes symptom management, pain control, wound care, recovery monitoring, and compassionate end-of-life support, delivered with clinical precision and empathy.

In addition, Aabha offers private nursing care, tailoring her services to individual preferences and circumstances. Whether supporting short-term recovery or ongoing health needs, her focus remains on safety, comfort, and respectful, personalised care delivered in partnership with each participant and their support network.
